The brief

Make three images feel like an entire era.

Daniel Chase begins with a challenge familiar to independent artists: music, biography, tickets, video, and booking information often live across separate platforms with no single experience holding them together.

The one-page structure gives the artist a world of his own. It carries visitors from identity and featured music into the story, a live performance, tour dates, press access, and a focused booking path.

The approach

Built around how audiences discover and remember an artist.

01

The challenge

Create an immersive and credible artist identity with only three principal images—without repeating the same composition or falling into the familiar electronic press-kit template.

02

The strategy

Give each image a different role, then use scale, motion, color, interactive music controls, and changing layouts to move naturally from discovery to deeper connection.

03

The design outcome

A cinematic, self-contained artist experience where fans can listen, learn, watch, find a show, and where venues or media can move directly into booking and press materials.

The one-page flow

Every section moves the visitor one step closer.

01

The artist arrives before the biography

A full-screen portrait, oversized name treatment, and one emotional line establish Daniel’s sound before explaining it.

02

The music becomes interactive

Album artwork, track listings, playback states, and a moving equalizer turn the featured release into an experience.

03

The story moves from intimate to live

An editorial artist story transitions into a full-width performance moment, making a limited image set feel expansive.

04

Fans and industry can both act

Tour dates serve listeners while press-kit access and a dedicated booking section serve venues, media, and event planners.

Design direction

After dark, cinematic, and unmistakably an artist.

Near-black surfaces, warm amber, electric blue, oversized typography, outlined lettering, subtle movement, and cinematic photography create a visual language that feels intimate, current, and performance-ready.
