When you purchase a Boulevardz plan, you receive a custom-built one-page website tailored to your submitted information. We aim to deliver your website within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few days depending on project scope.
You agree to:
Boulevardz services include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee for hosting and support.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Due to the custom nature of our services, all setup fees are non-refundable after design work has started. Monthly fees are non-refundable once billed.
You retain ownership of the content you provide. Boulevardz retains the right to showcase completed websites for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability.
Boulevardz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
